@ Sushmita

I don't care if a real Roark existed or not. His mere existence in the book keeps me up. Whenever I'm down and screwed I pick up Fountainhead and read a few of my fav scenes that works like an LSD for me, and makes me going.

The people like Henry Ford, Thomas Elva Edison, E Shreedharan exist and this is what keeps the world moving.

Again back to square one, Roark is Ideal for me, a thousand bows to Ayn Rand for creating him. I'll look up to him in my moments of despair.

To quote Ayn Rand once more – ‘Art is a projection of ideal as per artists own metaphysical values’.

Thanks for wanting me to be a Roark, but I already have done enough mistakes to be one.

I don’t want objectivism to become a religion with blind followers.

Steve Jobs and drugs to be discussed on Orkut.

Right..the list can go on..
Just because You and I have not seen Roark doesn't mean he doesn't exist..and another thing: Even if he didn't exist till today, I don't care! Do you care if someone like him existed or not? Do you need a living proof?

I would like to see your name there..

But your post made me think about a very important thing: you talked about Steve Jobs..when did he have drugs? We can discuss this after your reply.. I have great tools to bore you

@ Armoredfish

Agreed that IIMs are sub standard stuff, they feature no where is top business schools all over. They are no where is top business schools as they've zero research work or course development. IIMA & IIMB are only two to figure somewhere in the bottom of top 100 list. IIMs mean so much to us, because we as a poor country get to see a lot of money after passing out.

The selection process IIMs adapt to is not archaic, it's in sync with the way it's done all over. And that is a able way to judge a person for his logical thinking mind and if he is capable of any administration. Moreover in the interviews they don't select someone for his cast (it's a known unofficial truth, the way it's done for IAS). IAS scuks big time!!! Moreover, if you want to be a Entrepreneur there is no Business School in the world which can help you out. The only way they can help you is attach some credetial to your name by including there brand in your resume and give you a professional network.

Good - keep writing. But IIMs are sub standard stuff(nobody knows it and it is supposed to a big secret and keep it that way; like SRK perhaps). In the same vein .. CEO's and ;eaders are born and cannot be taught by an idiotic bunch of archaic professors.

Coming back to rich kid Aarushi - there is soemthing goinfg wrong. And the decay is at the very top - last 60 years... but that it is a long story.

It could still be a dishonor killing. Some educated people believe in them (but, thankfully, most don't).

The STOP HONORCIDE! campaign was launched on Mother's Day 2008. The goal of the campaign is to prosecute honorcides to the fullest extent of the law. We want honorcide to be classified as a hate crime and we advocate for every existing hate crime legislation to be amended to include honorcide.
